For Day scholar

DPS Guwahati encourages education for all children but it is not possible to be equipped for all types of challenges amongst CWSN. Hence we humbly request the parents to confirm the availability of special educator in the specific area of disability for their ward before applying for admission. If inspite of the limitations such children are incorporated in our system the school cannot be held responsible incase of their lack of adaptability, deficiencies, failure to meet the required academic standards and inevitable constraints in the part of their holistic development.

For Boarder

The school does not admit students to their residential facility as boarders as CWSN require personal care.

Information

The child sholud be minimum 3 years of age on 1st April 2025 for Nursery

The child sholud be minimum 4 years of age on 1st April 2025 for PG-I

The child sholud be minimum 5 years of age on 1st April 2025 for PG-II

The child sholud be minimum 6 years of age on 1st April 2025 for Class I

Kindly note that due to a limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply. The application made does not in any way entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school.

The school provides transport facility in the limited and pre-notified areas/routes. School offers no guarantee for provinding the transport facility in new areas or areas where full strength is not available or areas where it is not feasible to provied transport. It will be the responsibility of the parents/guardian to drop/collect the child from the specified bus stop. Charges for the transpport will be for 12 months.

Declaration

1.   I understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify the child.

2.   The information given in the Registration Form of our ward is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief. We understand that in case any information is found incorrect at any point of time, admission of our ward in DPS Guwahati will be cancelled without any prior intimation to us.

3.   Admission remains provisional(not beyond one month from the date of admission) till all the documents are submitted.

4.   The Date of Birth of the student shall not be changed once admitted in the school.

5.   The names of the parent/s and /or student will not be changed at any point of time unless with the gazette notification from the court. Mere submission of affdavit regarding the same is not sufficient proof to change the name/spelling of the name of the parent/s student.

6.   Having read carefully the rules, regulation and procedures laid down in the school prospectus and being desirous of having my ward educated in DPS Guwahati, I hereby agree to abide by them and any changes thereafter in all respects. I understand that the decision of the Principal shall be final and binding.
