A chartered accountant by profession has made a transition into diversified areas from journalism to establishment of Royal Group of Institutions - Royal School of Business, Royal School of Engineering and Technology, and Royal Global University. While Dr. Pansari has authored many books, held many positions in the Tax Bar Association, Guwahati from 1992 till 2000; he has been - member of Y’s Men’s Club of Guwahati, Arbitration Committee of Guwahati stock exchange, research and publication committee of India Region Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Speaker on Union Budget and on many topics related to taxation.

One of the leading industrialists and philanthropists of NE region has crossed many milestones to create job opportunities for the citizens of the region. Brahmaputra Ltd, Ranchi(Jharkhand), Burma Iron Ltd, Jharsuguda(Orissa), TOPCEM Meghalaya cement Ltd are some of the industries owned and lead by him. Sir is also a social worker and has helped many charitable organizations as and when they need. He is also a chief patron of Ekle Vidyalaya- Guwahati chapter.

Limited in Silchar, Tripura Ispat in Agartala has a sharp vision to meet the challenges of present times and a humane touch. Having being concerned for the society and standards of education in NE Region he has associated himself as Vice President of Friends of Tribal Society, Guwahati chapter and ex president of the same, Silchar chapter.
